John has over 15 years of accumulated experience in IT. He has been an assistant director and assistant administrator for some of the largest and most succesful healthcare facilities in San Antonio and is currently an IT Team lead for a large government contractor. John's experience in SMB technology needs began in the mid 1990's as more home and small office businesses began needing an online presence as well as the technology in the office to keep up with demand.
